Fix vgk.sys BSOD / Blue Screen Error in Windows 10 or 11

It typically occurs when there is an error handling exception, IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL, KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, or SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED in the system thread error check.
