There are two ways to open it.

Using Search Box –

You can open Windows Memory Diagnostic tool using Search Box which remains present in Start Menu. Type memory diagnostic in Search box, thereafter you will get search result whose top position you will see Diagnose your computer’s memory problem. Click on it to open Windows Memory Diagnostic tool.

Using Control Panel –

First of all, launch Control Panel using Start Menu. In Control panel, you will have to click on System and Security followed by click on the Administrative Tools. There after, Administrative Tools window will appear where you will find Windows Memory Diagnostic shortcut. Click on it to open.

#. Click on Restart now and check for problems (recommended) option in the Windows Memory Diagnostic window.

#. Your computer will restart automatically when testing of RAM will over.
